Timothy R. Allison, 70, of Paragould, died Feb. 8, 2018, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Charlie and Lottie Allison and Jay and Jenny Ratliff; an uncle, Waldo Ratliff; and an aunt, Joann Ratliff.
