"I hope that everyone who enters leaves with a second chance in life," said Gov. Asa Hutchinson, the keynote speaker for the dedication and open house of the new Lawrence County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center. He noted that each inmate who will be housed in the jail has a soul to touch, and he expressed appreciation for the clergy present for the dedication.
