Stop the Bleeding class held in Walnut Ridge

WALNUT RIDGE, AR - Members from every department in the Lawrence County Courthouse filed into a life-saving class Monday afternoon. The Stop the Bleeding class taught participants on how to properly apply a tourniquet.
